  • What browser you are using
  • What type of document you are trying to upload (Photo ID, Utility Bill, etc)
  • What file format you are trying to upload (JPG, PNG, etc)
  • What error message appears (Including screenshot)
  • If you are uploading documents on the desktop or mobile version of the site
