If you have not done any transactions or previously funded your account, you can contact us and we will edit the currency of your Pinnacle player account.
However, if you have any transaction history, even if your current balance is zero, we will have to close your existing account and open a new one on your behalf. Once this process is complete, your current account will be locked and you will not have access to log into this account.
Upon creation of the new account, you will be sent a new password and will be required to reset your password upon login. you will also need to ensure that you have a security question and answer and all of the personal details are correct. You may do this by going to the My Account section of the website and editing your account details after login.
Any balance in your old account, less pending wagers, will be converted and added to the new account. Once all wagers are graded, please contact us, if there are additional funds to be transferred.
